What if your competency created demand?

Be the practitioner people seek out, not just book.

Most practitioners stack credentials and still sell hour-long appointments. This mentorship connects what you already know into one approach clients, coaches and referral partners can understand.

  • Clients seek you out for your ability to assess, educate and problem-solve, not simply for a massage.
  • Your credentials work together instead of feeling like separate services.
  • You confidently explain your approach and recommend structured plans of care.
  • Clients and other professionals understand why they should refer someone to you.
  • Your business grows without continually increasing your physical workload.

The method behind my $10K+ monthly practice

Competency created credibility.

I learned how to bring my education together into a framework that let me assess, troubleshoot, apply and retest what I was doing with clients.

Clients began seeking me out specifically. Coaches and other professionals began referring. My schedule became consistently full.

I structured my business around client outcomes, packages and community relationships instead of relying only on individual appointments. Now I'm teaching other practitioners to build their own version of that success.

Month3
Context

Become known for your expertise

Go deeper into sensory-based nervous system work, movement, structure, client personalities and real case studies. Adapt your approach to the clients you want to serve.

Month4
Community & continuation

Build sustainable demand

The AAFT framework

Not another modality. A way to understand the body.

Look beyond isolated muscles, techniques and protocols to see how structure, movement, sensory input and individual differences shape the way someone moves and responds.

Most bodywork education

Teaches you another modality.

Most business coaching

Teaches you to market the modalities you already offer.

The Body & Business Mentorship

Teaches you to connect what you know, understand why you're doing it, and build a business around that competency.

The goal isn't to memorize another protocol. It's to understand the reasoning behind your work well enough to adapt it, so when a client doesn't respond the way you expected, you know what to do next.
Structural dominance & build types+

Understand individual differences in structure, movement tendencies and physical demands, and how to adapt your approach to them.

Default position & movement assessment+

Observe habitual positioning, identify movement limitations and recognize how different parts of the body contribute to movement.

Pain, length & nervous system responses+

Explore pain science, muscle and connective-tissue behavior and sensory processing, and how they inform your clinical reasoning.

The five senses & sensory-based bodywork+

Learn how sensory information influences movement, perception and client responses, and how to use sensory strategies in your work.

Assessment, application & retesting+

Build a repeatable process: observe, form a hypothesis, apply an intervention, reassess and decide what comes next.

Real client cases & troubleshooting+

Bring your massage, movement and other credentials together to reason through individual client situations within your scope.

Questions

Before you apply

Still deciding? These are the questions we hear most.

When can I start?+

The next mentorship begins November 1. From day one you'll have your first phase of on-demand lessons and access to every live classroom.

Who is this mentorship for?+

Licensed massage therapists, personal trainers, stretch practitioners, yoga instructors, athletic trainers, physical therapists and PTAs, chiropractors, health and wellness coaches, and students in bodywork or movement programs.

How much time does it take each week?+

Plan for two live calls a week plus your self-paced lessons. Lessons are short, and much of the learning happens in the live discussion classes, where you hear how other practitioners apply the material.

Is this business coaching or bodywork education?+

Both. Month one focuses on the body and the AAFT framework, month two on your business plan, month three goes deeper clinically, and month four is about implementing everything in your own practice.

Where does the program take place?+

Online, through the Skool platform. Lessons, live calls and the community all live in one place.

What does it cost?+

$3,400 total, paid as $850 a month over the four months. If you'd like to talk about payment options, you can say so on your application.

Your skills are valuable

Build a business that reflects that.

Apply in under two minutes. If it's a fit, we'll set up your discovery call and get you ready to start November 1.
