Find Aligned 8-Month Mentorship Cancellation and Refund Policy

By enrolling in the Find Aligned 8-Month Mentorship, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

Our Commitment to You

This mentorship is a live, cohort-based program built around a close-knit group of professionals committed to growing their understanding of physiology, pain, movement, and the nervous system. Every seat reserved is a seat held, which is why our enrollment and refund terms are structured the way they are. We want you here, and we want you ready.

Full Refund Window

If you need to cancel your enrollment before the first live session, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the $100 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and serves as a small administrative fee to hold your seat.

To request a cancellation and refund before the first live session, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your request.

No Refunds After the Program Begins

Once the first live session has taken place or course materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all payment types, including pay-in-full and installment plan students.

Deferral Option

We understand that life happens. If a student is unable to continue due to scheduling conflicts, illness, family emergencies, or other life circumstances, they may defer their enrollment to the next cohort one time at no additional cost. Students will retain lifetime access to the Find Aligned community while waiting for their deferred cohort to begin.

If you defer your attendance, payments will continue as originally scheduled and agreed upon.

Payment Plans Are Not Subscriptions

Installment payment plans are a financing option for the full cost of the program, not a recurring subscription. Students are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether they continue attending live sessions or choose to defer.

CE Credit Considerations

NCBTMB continuing education credits are awarded upon successful completion of the full program. Students who defer to a future cohort will receive their CE credits upon completing that cohort. Partial credit is not available for sessions attended prior to deferral.

Lifetime Community Access

All enrolled students receive lifetime access to the Find Aligned community regardless of which cohort they complete. Your investment in this program is an investment that stays with you.
